Kaizen K9 Privacy Policy 

At Kaizen K9, accessible from https://kaizenk9.ca/ (the “Website”), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected, recorded, shared by Kaizen K9 and how we use it.

KAIZEN K9 DOES NOT SELL OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES. We may provide information to third party service providers, or agents that work on our behalf.

These parties do not have the right to use your personal information in any way that is not authorized by Homes Alive. They are contractually obligated to protect and use your information only as necessary to assist Homes Alive (ie. parcel delivery, payment serves, etc).

We are located in Canada and we abide by The Personal Information Protection Act (PIPEDA).  Any

legal claims/proceedings taken must be brought in the jurisdiction of Toronto, Ontario.

Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Minors

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 .
