Equipment Failure

We provide a discretion-based review of all claims involving the functionality of hardware on our equipment. If we deem that failure occurred due to an unnatural amount of wear and tear through no fault of your own, we will provide you with the option to exchange your item(s) online or in-store at one of our Retailers. 

We do not provide any returns or exchanges on gear that has been bitten/chewed, scraped/cut, ripped, stained or damaged due to misuse. If your hardware is damaged or faulty please send detailed photos/videos and description(s) of issue at hand to info@kaizenk9.ca along with the name that the order was placed under, and the KK9 order number.

Based on our discretion we may provide claims involving equipment failures with a return shipping label as long as you are located within Canada. Unfortunately, international orders are responsible for their return shipping costs. You will have 15 days from the time of receipt to mail your return. 

 

I want to cancel my order!

Orders are processed immediately after they are made. We cannot cancel your order once it has been made and processed. 

My collar doesn't fit my dog!

Please reference our sizing guide prior to placing an order to avoid disappointment. We recommend that you contact us prior to making a purchase if you are unsure about sizing, even after referencing our size guide. You can contact us through instagram DM (@kaizen.k9) or through email (info@kaizenk9.ca). 

We do not accept size exchanges on items that have been visibly worn or not in their original packaging upon receipt. All returns will be subject to return shipping fees. Once we approve your exchange request, we will provide you with a mailing address for your item. If you are located within driving distance of one of our retail partners, please let us know and we can arrange for drop off there to save you the shipping fees! 

We provide store credits, gift cards or exchanges on non-faulty items.

Claims can be made up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
